Steve F 0 Posted April 4, 2016 I've recently installed a GW Security 16 HD-CVI 12 volt camera system at my work facility in the shop. I have a couple storage buildings that will require cable lengths of 250 to 300 feet to tie the cameras to the dvr. From what I've read this will require RG-59 cable. I've also read that I shouldn't exceed 200 feet for the 12 volt power to the cameras. Could I install a remote power supply in one of the storage buildings to power those cameras? Where can I find the cable, connectors and tools to install the connectors? Feel free to correct anything that I'm off track with. Thanks! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
