Looking for a POE CCTV System with NVR - Residential

Hi all,

First of all Hi! I'm in Wales UK.

 

 

Stumbled across this forum tonight after spending days looking at CCTV systems,

 

Basically I require 2 - 3 POE Cameras and an NVR.

 

I have discounted all the cheap and cheerful rubbish on Amazon/eBay etc,

 

I'd like to spend up to £250 if at all possible, I did read a mention of being able to get Dahua for a reasonable price on one of the threads,

but no model numbers etc were given. I did trawl the net looking but couldn't find much and not sure what stores to be looking at.

 

I won't ever need any more than 4 channels on the NVR and would prefer the POE switch to be built in, but I honestly don't mind using an external POE switch if I have to.

 

Any help and recommendations appreciated.

Your probably a little low on your budget for exactly what you want.

 

An additional £100-120 may get you there.

 

For the pricepoint your aiming at you really cant better the HikVision Range.

 

Recorder wise a DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A would suffice.

 

Camera wise theres a multitude of options.

 

Dont think links are allowed on here but just make sure you use a recognised UK supplier.

I will go with Hikvision or Dahua.

 

I can always start off with 1-2 cams and then add them later on.

HD-TVI is a possibility, seems a little cheaper?
