recommendation for wide angel camera

We need to use one camera to cover a 14'x48' highway billboard with 15' arm, so a camera with 2.4mm lens will be perfect. But I can't find any camera that has this lens on the market. Any recommendations?

Look for box camera with good vari-focus lens to minimize barrel distortion...
