almelst 1 Posted April 24, 2016 Simply, 5000 is not an HTTP port and it can not be opened by web browser. It is a port for mobile application, and the default HTTP port is 80.
Daryl733 0 Posted April 25, 2016 Port 5000 is not default HTTP port, but it can be open by web browser. Some ISP might have port filtering rules/traffic filtering on certain ports. You'll have to check with them. Try viewing it on your iphone while connecting to the same network and using the internal IP. AVTECH only requires a single port for external viewing.
