Mike_D 0 Posted April 9, 2016 Hello, I purchased a generic H.264 DVR Feb 2014 from a seller on Ebay. When I received it, I reset the admin password and I'm now unable to log in. The user manual says that user is admin and password is 123456. I've contacted the seller to inquire about how to reset the pw and they said to use 12345. It didn't work either. The model on the bottom says HDSD8804. I was able to locate the DVR on the web and it appears to be sold by this company. I'm not sure if they are the actual manufacturer or not. I've been unsuccessful in getting a hold of them to see if they are able to help. There are no jumpers on the board and I pulled the coin battery.
