trblvb 0 Posted April 9, 2016 Hi purchased a C 3 s wall mounted internet camera from China CS-C35-52WEFR and cannot connect to network. Keep getting error message in Ezviz program: "the device is not connected to the Ezviz" "please check the device network" Any help appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Securame 0 Posted April 11, 2016 Are you aware that that is a model of camera only available in China? You will probably have to use it with chinese EZVIZ, and I have read things like you need a chinese mobile number to activate the service. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
