kc7gr 0 Posted April 9, 2016 Fellow techies, I've posted a similar question to FLIR tech support, but I'm hoping posting the question here will get a quicker response. I have a pair of FLIR PTZ domes, model N336ZD1, which I need to reset to factory defaults (as in resetting even the 'admin' password to default). I've tried doing this through the camera's web interface (good thing I set up another account with admin-level access!), but it doesn't seem to help. FLIR's only suggestion so far was to link me to a copy of the IP camera manual, but the example page they showed for resetting to factory defaults looked nothing like what the camera's web system was giving me. I thought, perhaps, updating the camera firmware would clear the configuration. Unfortunately, I've been unable to locate the firmware file despite over an hour of searching on both FLIR's support site and Google. I like the way FLIR does their hardware, but, dang it...
