houdi 0 Posted April 10, 2016 I've just noticed that I can only view live video from my Sannce nvr using XMEye when I'm using my home wifi. If I switch my iPhone wifi off, and use 3G, the cameras just timeout. I've been in touch with the retailer as their advert clearly states that you can view the cameras, remotely, using just the QR code to set up - which I've done as I can see the videos when on wifi.
