HIKVision - Comm to Server Failed

While logged into the HIKVision NVR direct, i am trying the enable ddns. I get the Green circle arrows to the right of server address, domain..., but "communication to server failed".

ugh, this was working just yesterday and nothing changed.

The status shows DDNS is not enabled on the bottom of screen too

Then enable the DDNS ?

 

 

To use that, your NVR must have internet access and also have proper DNS setup for the NVR to resolved the DDNS Server host.
