in new and stuck , please help if you can

i have been given a new cctv system by zxtech

the model number of the recorder is mn801wn

i plugged the cable to the router and connected a monitor and mouse

the things asks for a log in but there is no way to add a password and if i click just log in it says the password is incorrect

 

can anyone please help me

Try the usual - admin , user , 1111 , 11111111 , 1234 , 12345678 , 88888888

i have the password its set at 12345 but i can't enter it as it only has a mouse connected to it ?

i tried to connect a keyboard using the usb connector but nothing happens

There should be somewhere on the screen or the menu where you can open up a virtual keyboard that shows on the screen. Then use the mouse to enter your info
