dmark 0 Posted April 17, 2016 Hi, My DVR of the above model is brand new, took it out of the box, plugged it in and it does not go through the proper boot up process. What it does do is the power led on the front right flashes blue on and off in time with an alarm beep sound. Also noticed that the unit fan viewable from the rear of the unit turns on momentarily in time with the alarm and power light. From the front panel, no other lights are on and pressing the buttons does not do anything as well. Another unit of the exact same model, plugged it in and it turned on straight away without any problems.
