Hi3521 Hisilicon H.264 DVR: remote region setting

Bought in December 2014, Chinese Hi3521 Hisilicon based unbranded 16 Channel Hybrid DVR (V4.02.R11.00000115. ...).

The systems functions well with my 16 analog cameras.

 

Motion region setting on a computer in a local network works perfect, but... if I try to work with motion region setting on a remote computer via internet ...the grid does not appear on the window popped-up.

 

Any suggestion is welcome.
