Help With Geo vision IO GV-IO Box 16

Hi guys I have a customer who has had a previous install of full geo vision control center and capture cards , They also have remote monitoring were the monitoring station uses a GV- IO Box 16 to use voice relay via an amp to pa system. the IO module keeps showing up as offline to the monitoring station but if i reboot the PC with capture card it will remain appear online for a few hours then go off.

Also when the amp is turned on there is a constant beeping noise from the IO module like the windows noise you get when clicking on a frozen programme.

Any Help would be appreciated.
