Suggestions for a good dash cam?

Crazy lady on my street was tailgaiting me yesterday, then went the wrong way around the roundabout. My neighbor said she sees her cut the roundabout all the time, so I'm looking for suggestion for a decent dashcam that I can use to catch her in the act. I've got kids that ride their bikes on the road, and no patience for this kind of thing. Called the police, but they are pretty useless. Hoping to spend under $100. I see Garmin has some nice ones, but way too much.
