k3nn4 0 Posted April 22, 2016 Guys, My client has returned one ptz to me as he said the ptz doesnt work anymore and need to claim the warranty. But the ptz is out of warranty. Anyway, I had diagnosed for the whole afternoon and why found out something is wrong with the PTZ and it is weird as well. Here is what is happening to the ptz. I unscrewed and took out the head of the unit and then place it on the table, miracle happened when I turn on the power switch. It has no problem and its works as what it should be, pan, tilt, zoom, scan and so on. BUT..... as soon as I place it back into the cover, it does not work anymore.
