DVR Firmware Question

Hello all. I am new here and expecting some help from experience guys.

I got a AHD DVR from DKPlus I think its china made the board/ Main Processor they used is Grain Media's GM8283.

Now I want to know that can I use some other DVR's Firmware as I dont like its firmware and sometimes its lagging a lot or getting hanged/stuck and then have to restart. I tried 3 same DVRs with same firmware all have same problem.

please guide me about installing a good firmware on this DVR.

Ask your vendor to get new version of firmware for your dvr model. Use other model of dvr firmware may brick your device.
