POE Switch with Watchdog/Ping Feature

Hello all,

 

Does anyone know of or have any recommedations for a PoE switch that has a watchdog/ping feature built into it so that it can ping a device (camera) plugged into a port and, when it becomes unresponsive, automatically power cycle that port?

 

I found this at ISC West when wondering around but it's a bit pricey compared to the managed switches we've been using:

I know the Ubiquiti Touch Switches support this but the one-year limited warranty is kind of a deal breaker.
