superman 0 Posted April 26, 2016 Please if any one could help me with this. I am using camtron cctv and dvr. Have port forwarded to 9101 port . The port is open. I am able to view my cctv from external internet via NVSIP application . But when I am using CMS software , I am not able to view it. When i try 10 times , it might open once. After it gets opened , it works properly. But it takes too long and most of the times it does not get opened. So why am I not able to view my cctv from CMS software properly even when my NVSIP apllication works properly??? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jtsecurity 0 Posted May 16, 2016 Sometimes there can be incompatibility with earlier firmware causing glitches. It may be worth downloading the very latest version of the CMS software from the companies website and it may solve the issue. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
