esp_gemz 0 Posted April 27, 2016 Currently, my company wants to implement a mobile solution for its fleet. They want to attach DVRs to each of the cars, but have recordings stored in a local server in addition of the dvr recordings. I have thought on using 3G/GPRS and stream live but in my country this network is really unstable, the other option is that everytime the cars connect to the facility's network it starts downloading all the recordings.
