alex190304 0 Posted April 28, 2016 Hi so I just got some new Analogue PTZ cameras and when ever I turn the 24vac PSU on it trips my breaker, I believe it has a little surge when it first turns on and I am wondering if a surge protector power bar would fix it or do I need a more powerful breaker? jeromephone 6 Posted April 28, 2016 my guess is a bad psu. a camera 24v ac power supply should not draw very much power at all look at your amp draw rating but I would guess that the draw is way less than a 15 amp breaker.
