HikVision remote app access fail

Hi,

 

Can someone advise please

 

I cannot access my PVR using iVMS-4500 says "the device is not registered in the DDNS"

 

HiDDNS is working on port 80 via the web

 

iVMS-4500 settings

Alias:mydvr

Register Mode: HiDDNS

Device Domain: www.hik-online.com/mydvr

Username: my pvr admin account

Password: my pvr admin account password

Camera No: 1

(have tried my HikDDNS web account login also)

 

My Setup:

PVR:

HIKVision DS-7604NI-E1/4P/AHikVision DS-2CD2042WD-I

 

Camera:

HikVision DS-2CD2042WD-I (4MP WDR IR Bullet network Camera) - new UK 2015 model 6mm - connected via the POE port on the recorder

 

Router Ports forwarded to DVR IP 192.168.0.67

Camera IP - 192.168.254.2 (if I change IP to the Router IP range 192.168.0.* the camera fails

 

I can connect via EZVIZ app

 

Please help...
