Camera for extreme lighting conditions

Dear all;

 

We need to install CCTV camera with conditions as the following;

1. The camera are facing to manufacturing lines that installed with fluorescent lamps.

2. After working hours the whole production floor will be zero lux.

 

problems;

1. At first we install IR Cameras (those models that come with built in IR ed Illuminators), it will flickering non stop due to strong lighting from the fluorescent lamps, I believe it is due to the electronic iris circuitry working nonstop to compensate the brightness, and the flickerings getting worsen when we see it through DVR, but after office hours the camera will work well no problem.

 

2. We replace all the IR Cameras with Low light CCTV camera and coupled them with standard manual iris lens, fix the iris, turn off the electronic iris function and the flickering were gone but the camera see almost nothing after working hours.

 

Kindly give your recommendation, what type of cameras we shall chose, to enable camera to see at both situation.
