CCTV system cam + monitor with alarm when motion detected

Hi all, I hope someone could help me to choose the right system. I need monitor (7 or 9inch) with cctv cam (wireless preferred) with motion detection and night vision.

 

I know there is plenty systems like that but I need alarm/sound alert when motion is detected on live view (I dont need even recording). I bought one, it was used and turns out that camera didn't work properly (sensor and night vision issue). I don't need even internet there, just cctv cam + small monitor with that sound option. Does anyone can recommend or know where I can find such set? I asked plenty ebay sellers if they had that alarm option, but unfortunately most or didn't know or didn't have that.

Just bear in mind that Video Motion detection is never that precise.

You'll constantly get alerts.

 

If it's looking at outdoor with trees, etc, it'll be worse.

 

To be more precise, you'll be looking at video analytics, line crossing, loitering, etc.

Even those have it's fair share of false alarm.

 

Unless you are working as a security guard and basically look at the feed 24x7, you'll need some form of recording.

Otherwise, there's a intruder running pass the alert trigger area, you turn around 2 secs later, you'll miss that.

Wireless is still not 100% reliable yet

You can pick up a hikvision ds7204 hqhi hd-tvi

Hybrid hvr for about $125 and a 720p or 1080p

camera from $40-$80 .the dvr can be set for an

audible alarm or email when motion is detected.

Like daryl said , motion detection is not that precise

And you will get alarms every time a bird or bug flies

Thru the camera's view .

I'm not sure why you would want such a small monitor ?

The hikvision hvr can display on any size monitor new or

Old that has an hdmi , vga , or coax type input .
