tlj999 0 Posted May 3, 2016 Hi, I had my system working ( could login remotely over LAN and WAN ) but hadn't used for a while. Now when I login ( via LAN or remotely on my phone or computer ) I get error messages. My LAN says password is incorrect and iVMS4200 on phone gives error code: 55. ssmith10pn 0 Posted November 11, 2017 Sounds like your password to the application is wrong. Totally different than logging into the device. I think there is a password reset in the IVMS software with the secret questions you had to enter when you set it up. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
