Hikvision DS-2CE16D1T-IR is good or not?

Hello, I am thinking to buy and install hikvision ds-2ce16d1t-ir and hikvision ds-2ce16d0t-ir. both are 1080p cameras. Just want to know are these good cameras for outdoor (lawn, roof top)?

and which Hikvision 1080p DVR will be good?

I watched some videos of these cameras on youtube so the result will be same like that or not ?

please help me.
