Empire IPC-6 (2.0) problems connecting

Hey. Having problems connecting to my IPC-6. It was connected once to try out now I am trying to install and having trouble connecting. Not sure of the IP. The info on the disk says 192.168.1.10 but I cant connect.

 

I have the router set to 192.168.1.1 and the computer and cam are both connected. When I use the "upgrade" tool it does not find the cam address. Tried ARP -a, tried http://arllc.net/findipcam/. The lights are on the cam and I checked the wiring with a cable tester. The cam is POE injected and the light is green.

 

What am I missing? Thanks.

I got it. Turns out it was on 192.168.10.199
