cutterman 0 Posted May 31, 2016 I have a Hikvision 7716 NVR with 9 cameras connected to the POE ports on the NVR. The cameras are assigned IP addresses by the NVR on a private subnet. I want to connect directly to the cameras and tweak some image settings I cannot adjust from NVR setup. I was thinking of connecting my laptop to one of the NVR ports to get access to the subnet and cameras. Will this work? What do I use for camera password?
