Help identifying a camera

Anybody knows who is the manufacturer of the JV-NW63 1HD5 megapixel IP camera?

MAC address is B0-0C-38-D6-FE-67.

I didn't found any manufacturer with B0-0C-38 in the IEEE register

No name in the manual, no name on the web interface.

Would like to know how to reset the camera to factory setting.

No reset button.
