Can i assign individual IP address for each IP camera

Hi There, I am seeking a technical help. If I have multiple IP cameras attached to a NVR, can I assign individual ip address to each camera and provide individual remote access to different people rather then providing access to all cameras on that NVR,

Or if your NVR support it, you can assigned different cameras with different access level (live view/playback/etc) to different users .

you can create different access authority of users to solve your problem.
