im new her hi every body

 

i have ptz camera outdoor model bosh type VEZ-400

some time this camera given white screen and when make power reset he working again and this happen under sun ( out side )

 

but this same camera if install indoor no any problem

 

and we have 3 camera same problem

 

kindly advice .
