Analog System (Cat6 Cabling) 4 outputs required

We have a cat6 network on my client site.He is not using ip cameras for his premises instead we have 16 analog cameras,The cabling as mentioned earlier is cat6 so we have used baluns combination (active and passive) to connect cameras to the dvr.The client wants to display output at multiple locations on his premises ( say 4 monitors at different floors).What would be the solution to connect dvr to monitors (4 in my case) in this cat6 network.Thank You.

 

I am thinking of using a video splitter 1 in 4 out and using baluns just like i used in dvr camera combination.would it work??? Please suggest your solution.
