Can't bring up cameras via remote access.

I am using a 24 channel AHD Hybrid DVR with H.264 NVR software. this seems to be working correctly. The default setup for this DVR uses a default IP address 192.168.x.xx, a HTTP port of 80 and a server port of 6036. I port forwarded these ports on my modem (2wire 362/att).

 

When I tried to use these parameters on NVMS-1000, a remote viewer program on the computer or the Meye app on the phone, I can't access the cameras. The error comes up "network error"

 

Any ideas ?
