H264 unbranded dvr. Again

Hi All

 

Just taken over a site with the above dvr installed. All passwords work fine.

The problem is I am unable to access the dvr via the local network.

 

Password screen comes up ok but are not accepted but work fine on the dvr.

 

I have enabled active x etc but there is no file download from the Dvr?

 

The menu structure is circular icons on screen.
