Judy3311 0 Posted June 26, 2016 We changed the password to our Samsung. When we went back, we could not sign on nor view anything. It's content has become completely inaccessible. We found that our remote (correct one, new battery) does not communicate with the system therefore, not able to use the freeze, return method making reset impossible. We've contacted Samsung who says to send it in for repair ($199/almost a new one). Ideas on how to solve the problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
