PC Base DVR recording issue

A lot of the PC Base Hybrid DVR which supported analogue camera and IP camera having recording issue.

Currently this DVR all connected to analogue camera and in live view there is no problem all channels got picture.

 

But got a particular channel no recording and all channel are set to continuous recording. In setting the channel cannot view and CMS software also cannot view the particular channel.

 

Please anyone had this kind of experience and mind to share.
