glscs 0 Posted May 23, 2006 (edited) When using the remote network connection in AnyKeeper 2.49.5 I can connect but cannot see a live view of connected cameras. I can use and view video when I am in the search mode only. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Jerry Well I have ended up loading the KDNET program 2.50.16 and I can now see the camera output while connected through remote desktop. I still cannot see any video using the KDNET remote program, only a black screen. I can see recorded video through the remote connection. Any help is appreciated Jerry Edited June 5, 2006 by Guest
Micro Jordan 0 Posted May 26, 2006 I have this problem using UltraVNC to do remote control. So, you can minimize your DVR program first. Right click on the Windows Desktop (Remote machine) Select properties. Last page "Settings" button Advanced button Trouble shooting something. Reduce the acceleration level to .... about 3 or 2, The one which disable the Direct X stuff. Then you will be able to see live video. But this will cause a bad live display quality, Not record quality. higher CPU usage.....
glscs 0 Posted May 30, 2006 From the description of your solution it sounds like you think the problem is with "Remote Desktop" that is not the case as I can view live video just fine. This issue is only with using the remote network client, and only with live video as I can see pre-recorded video just fine. Thanks for you response though
