tonicx 0 Posted July 19, 2016 guys if anyone can help me figure out how to reset the master code, ive entered all my password and its not working. my hard disk freeze and the mouse in the middle cont move, I found out that the hard disk is damage and need replacement, I cant install and format the hard disk without putting the password, im not sure if somebody changed my password. all I know is that my old password is not working.
