Andrew1969 0 Posted July 20, 2016 I have just had to have the internet company install a new router. I have used the same settings as the old router but now on remote viewing the PTZ control will not work unless I power down the DVR and back up again. This then allows control from my computer but then after a short time of the computer being turned off and then logging back in again the PTZ will not work unless I power the DVR down and back up again.
