Jharper 0 Posted July 27, 2016 The IVMS 4500 app on my android phone fails remote connection attempts to my Hikvision IP camera about 80% of the time. However, connections are successful 100% of the time when connecting via my network wi-fi. The phone signal (4G Lte) is not that good in my location - varies between -105 dbm to -120dbm (1 to 3 bars on 6 bar scale). Could this be the problem ?
