Setup Help ( What's the best CCTV Camera)

I am new to this forum and I know some stuff about cameras, but I need a setup for my home.

So basically I need 3 to 4 cameras that will be recording 24/7 and I would like it to be the best quaity possible but I also want this to be IP cameras and if possible connected up to a nas server for storing footage and also be able to assess the steams live from my computer and phones.

So basically what I would like to know is a camera or a couple of cameras that will fit my needs.
