Samiow 0 Posted August 10, 2016 Hello, Just looking for some help, I have had a Hard-drive failure and as such everything on there was destroyed . I have managed to download the pss software but for some reason the device manage is not holding any details . So each time I open up the program I have to enter the DVR details manually it does not find it on a search or after I have entered it previously. ALSO there is no SAVE button the only way that I can find anything to update the entry I have made is to click on the details I entered and then select the edit button and select save, ( which for some reason it doesn't) Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated .
