Q-see and cameras going on/off

Started with installing a Q-See box and replacing a few old cameras with Hikvision cameras. Since then, I've installed a brand new 12v @ 8a power supply, new RG59 18/2 lines to a few of the new cameras and one Q-See camera.

 

Some of the cameras go on and off randomly. There seems to be no pattern to this. I know I'm not giving a lot of information to go on here but I'm lost. I've tried screw-on BNC, crimp BNC and compression BNC and this seems to make no difference. Resetting the power will sometimes give me a camera that wasn't working before the disconnect but I'll lose another camera, then it will go off and I've lost both.

 

I'm leaning towards having a bad Q-see box. I've spent two days configuring the wiring in every possible way, and the only thing I originally intended to do was swap the damn Q-see box and a few cameras. WTH!
