Needed: Thin, flexible 75ohm cable

Hi,

 

Does anyone know what kind of cable should be used for a motor-home CCTV system. Vibration, space and flexibility are the issue. Should I just used 75ohm RCA cable.. like the kind found packaged with small board cams? Is there a mini-coax of some kind out there?

 

Shielding is important too, as there may be a lot of sensitive radio equipment in the vicinity.
