Help getting new a whole new security camera system

So i am pretty new with CCTV and other stuff alike. I currently have a some cheap lorex system from costco but the cameras are not working to good. I need help getting a whole new system, cameras and dvr. Some thing i would like to note is that it can be -40c and +40c during my year, most robberies are during the night. Now it might seem like im begging for help and being lazy but i just dont want to spen money on stuff that isnt for me. I have 3 cameras and need 3 new ones. I have a budget of 2000$cad. I need to be able to watch from my computer and mobile device and I need like 20 days recording and motion detect. At least 70 to 100ft nv. High picture quality ect. Thanks
