I have an ELEC 8ch dvr system, a cheapo off ebay, that has served it's purpose just fine. Recently, while trying to view through the app on my phone, the image isn't viewable. Ive tried everything I can think of. Anyone ever seen this? Cause? Fix?

 

Local viewing is fine, the only issue is viewability on my phone app.

Is there any phone app setup to check?

Looks like PAL / NTSC mismatch.

I'll check but, it happened basically all of a sudden. I never touched it, it was just like that one day when I went to check it. I have a warehouse where UPS/FedEx drops off so they call me, I remotely open the door at the warehouse, and then I can watch everything on camera.
