Need a good outdoor cctv cam

My friend has a yard with 2 ir cameras enclosed in cases that are heated. He wants me to add a third camera. Is it necessary to use an enclosed camera, or can I get away with a good bullet camera with ir? He is in the north east where temps can get to zero with the wind chill. I have used bullet cameras before in this environment with no problem. What do you think? Thanks.

You should have no problem. There are heated bullet cams out there if you want. They are usually good to 0 degrees or better anyway so yes, just get a good one.
