IP Camera that doesn't record

Hello there,

 

This question may have been addressed but I could not find it with any search terms that sounded right to me.

 

I have a workshop in my basement with a monitor on the wall to see when someone is at my front door. The camera I am currently using is old and not very clear. I'd like to go to a High Res IP Camera. I have no interest in recording. Is there any dumb control unit that would run the camera and simply allow an HDMI output to a TV?

Buy a cheap nvr and use it to display the camera..
