position of PTZ camera on pole

Dear Experts,

 

I planned to have a pole of 6m (for fence security) with metal halide light of 400W at height of 6m from pole base and a PTZ dome camera at height of 5m from pole base.

 

Is this the best practice considering light EMF effect on camera? (Or) camera at top and light under the camera is suggestible?

 

I tried in vain looking for international standards on this scenario.

 

anyone been to similar situation before?
