seeking HDMI-output micro HD video camera

I see lots of mini surveillance cameras (IP ones with ethernet outputs), but

 

I want an HDMI-output because I plan to connect to a TV. Prefer color 1080p with nice quality. Audio/microphone not needed.

 

Prefer a form-factor (i.e. shape) like
