puppyfrog 0 Posted September 13, 2016 Hello everyone, I have a few Q-See QNC7006B cameras that I purchased a couple years ago. Here is a product link: https://q-see.com/products/weatherproof-720p-resolution-100-ft-night-vision-qcn7006b They had an issue with an incorrect time stamp that Q-See posted a firmware fix for. This is where I found the firmware fix: http://qsee.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2887/~/qcn7006b%3A-(configtool)%3A-firmware-20160425-(fix-time-stamp-issue,-and-lens All seemed great until all three cameras would lock up a couple times a day. Can't access the camera at all - it requires a hard reboot. I contacted Q-See to see if they had an updated firmware or even a link to the old firmware (I'd rather have a time stamp issue on a camera I can use, than one that is inaccessible). There response was "With regards to issue, Unfortunately the cameras are out warranty , you need to purchase a new one." Anyone have any leads on a working firmware for this model? Does anyone know what the Dahua equivalent of this cameras is? Many thanks!
ChengXin 0 Posted September 16, 2016 If the product is not End of Life. You should be able to ask Q-See for a link to its latest firmware. If you are interested in further discussion, please contact me via Skype @ Cheng.Xin.SG
